In many circumstances, the simplest and least expensive method of closing down your company is to apply for it to be struck off by the Registrar of Companies. A company which is insolvent can apply for dissolution, subject to certain conditions being met, and in many circumstances it is the quickest and simplest way for a company to go through the 'liquidation' process, albeit without formal insolvency.
There is no court hearing, no meeting of creditors, and as there is no formal insolvency process, no investigation into the company's affairs and the conduct of the directors. There are of course numerous procedures and guidelines to be fully complied with, which we will of course do for you. Our fee for this service is £495 - the UK's cheapest method of dealing with an insolvent company.

If dissolution is not appropriate for your company i.e. if your company has substantial assets, then a formal insolvency process may be required. In most cases, dissolution can be achieved as a cheap, uncomplicated alternative to formal insolvency.
